Satellite Host Guide
Create Your Own Wave
One question guides every World Frequency Day event: How can we create a moment that brings people together?
The invitation
Your event, your way
A World Frequency Day satellite event can be five minutes or five hours. It can be indoors or outdoors, free or ticketed, public or private, spiritual or scientific, artistic or educational, intimate or large. What matters is not the format but the intention: creating a genuine moment of connection.
Every November 11 at 11:11 AM and PM local time, people around the world come together through sound, music, mindfulness, community experiences, education and culture — creating a wave of unity traveling across time zones. Your event is one crest of that wave.

Support the Impact Initiative
Support the Frequency School Impact Initiative
World Frequency Day raises funds through the Frequency School Impact Initiative to expand young people's access to music, mindfulness and wellbeing resources, particularly in underserved communities. Donations are handled securely through the organizers' official Wise payment page.
Satellite hosts are invited — never required — to set a suggested fundraising goal of USD 1,111. Fundraising is entirely optional: it is not a ticket fee, and it is not a condition of hosting an event.
