A Moment Shared Across Time Zones

11.11.2026 · One Day. One Global Moment.

11:11 AM. 11:11 PM. One Global Wave.

11:11

November 11 is World Frequency Day’s single annual event. The moment travels across time zones: as each place reaches 11:11, a new wave joins in, and every guest takes part in their own local time. Tuned In. Together. Connection. Presence. Impact.

Individual activations keep their own published schedules; the 11:11 moments are a shared invitation.

On November 11, 2026, everyone is invited to pause at 11:11 AM and 11:11 PM in their own local time. As the clock reaches 11:11 in each time zone, a new wave of people joins in — so the moment travels around the world through the day.

The practice is entirely optional and open to interpretation. It is not a medical or therapeutic practice, and there is no right or wrong way to take part. Schools, community groups, organisations and individuals are all welcome.

Participation guide

A simple practice

  1. 1

    Find a comfortable space

Sit, stand or walk — indoors or outside. Wherever you are is the right place.

  2. 2

    Set aside distractions

Silence notifications for a few minutes and let the day pause around you.

  3. 3

    Take gentle breaths

Breathe at your own natural pace. There is nothing to achieve.

  4. 4

    Notice the sounds around you

Near and far, loud and quiet. Simply listen.

  5. 5

    Choose your sound

A piece of music, the sounds of nature, a moment of reflection, or quiet.

  6. 6

    Consider connection

Bring to mind harmony, kindness and the many people tuning in alongside you.

  7. 7

    Carry the intention forward

Take that sense of presence with you into the rest of your day.
