Every November 11, people around the world are invited to reconnect through the universal language of sound. World Frequency Day brings music, science, wellness, creativity and community together through shared experiences of presence, harmony and unity. From immersive performances to meditation, conversation and moments of stillness, the invitation is simple: pause, connect and tune in together.

What is World Frequency Day?
World Frequency Day is a global observance that brings people together every November 11 at 11:11 through sound, mindfulness, music, wellbeing and collective presence to strengthen human connection and create positive impact for future generations.
Every November 11 at 11:11 AM and PM local time, people around the world come together through sound, music, mindfulness, community experiences, education and culture — creating a wave of unity traveling across time zones. World Frequency Day is organized by The Frequency School, and raises funds through the Frequency School Impact Initiative to expand young people's access to music, mindfulness and wellbeing resources, particularly in underserved communities.

Born in 2025, launched in Dubai
World Frequency Day was established in 2025 through The Frequency School. Its inaugural edition was marked with a flagship gathering in Dubai — a Creative Summit at Creators HQ that brought together creators, scientists and leaders, as reported at the time by The Economic Times and PR Newswire.
Communities connected from Dubai to New York, New Delhi, London, Switzerland, Mexico, the Philippines and Malaysia, and the collaborative 1111 UNITY project gathered voices across 24 time zones.
The Frequency School
Sound with purpose
The Frequency School is the global initiative behind World Frequency Day, bringing together creativity, education, intentional listening and wellbeing. It launched at Aiglon College in Switzerland in 2024 with music and sound-based educational experiences.
